So Sweet Milk Bottle Valentines

I found these little glass milk bottles on Oriental Trading and I thought they would be perfect for a little Valentine gift. They were really easy to put together and I think they would make a cute gift for teachers, neighbors, or friends.

All you need to put them together is the milk bottles, some adhesive vinyl and a vinyl cutting machine (I used a Cricut Maker), and candy to fill the bottle. I filled one bottle with chocolate carmel balls, and two with Valentine M&M'S, one plain and one peanut.

How to Make Candy Filled Milk Bottle Valentines

You will need:

First you will need to come up with a design for your bottle. If you are using a Cricut you can use my design space file to make yours exactly like mine. If you want to change it up or are using different design software you can make your own. I used a simple scripty font to write "so sweet" and cut it out of silver vinyl. I cut a heart out of light pink. I also measured the to of the lid and cut out a pink circle to fit.

You could obviously put a different phrase on yours, or if you don't have a cutting machine you could even just cut out a heart by hand and stick it on the bottle.

Use transfer tape to put the words on the bottle.

Then I added the heart, I didn't bother using transfer tape for that since it was just one piece.

I stuck the circle on the top of the lid, I thought it would make the plastic lid just a little bit cuter.

Fill the finished bottle with candy and close with the lid. I liked the way the smaller candies, like the M&M'S looked the best but you could use any candy small enough to fit.
