I use Red Heart Yarn more than any other yarn because I find it to be the most affordable and available yarn out there, plus they have so many colors and types of yarn that I can almost always find what I need. Here are just some of the projects from my blog that have been made with Red Heart Yarn:

Now for the giveaway, this awesome prize includes:

  • 3 Red Heart Sizzle

  1. I use Super Saver all the time, you really just can't beat the price and there are tons of colors. I just used Blue Suede for the time in my triangles and stripes blanket and I agree, it is a really nice color of blue, not too bright and royal bluish but still a nice rich blue. But then again, blue is my favorite color so it is hard to find a blue that I don't like.

  2. I love gumdrop. It is great for baby/kid blankets and hats. The color variety is also great.

    1. That is one that I haven't used yet but I was just looking at a pattern made with it the other day and thought it looked like a fun one to try.

  3. My favorite RH yarn is Red Heart with Love. It's super soft, but has great durability :) I do wish they had more colors, though...that is the only drawback to me. It's a little more expensive than Super Saver, but I don't mind paying a tad more for softer yarn.

    1. I think that is probably one of my favorites as well. I just started using it recently and have a couple of blankets in the works with it. I definitely like the softness of it but, I agree, the color selection could definitely be better. I bought some for blankets not too long ago and one of the colors I had to buy Super Saver because With Love just didn't have the right color. As far as the price, it is a little more expensive but still pretty affordable and you are getting a softer yarn and if you watch for sales you can get it for a similar price to Super Saver.

  4. As Maureen

I have knit a few shawls and then scarves and hats in the unforgettable yarn. I knit one scarf this winter for my husband's aunt and she loved it in the purple colorway.

    1. I have only used unforgettable once but I really liked it. I would like to try some of the other colorways soon. I just need to finish the projects I am working on first.

  8. My favorite Red Heart yarn so far is With Love. Have been using the peacock color in several of my projects lately.
