5 Little Monsters: Dishcloth Week- Bead Stitch Dishcloth

Dishcloth Week- Bead Stitch Dishcloth

The pattern for day 3 of Dishcloth Week is The Bead Stitch Dishcloth. This particular design is one that I have been wanting to make for a while.

One of my most popular patterns is my Bead Stitch Hat pattern. It also happens to be one of my favorite patterns. There are a lot of things that I like about it, like the combination of the half double crochet stitches and bead stitches. But one of the things I really liked about designing that pattern was learning a new stitch that I really liked.

I had never used the bead stitch until I designed that pattern and I really liked the way it looked. I started thinking of other ways I could use it and one of those ideas was a dishcloth. It has been on my idea list for a long time and I finally got around to making it.

This pattern uses alternating rows of single crochet and bead stitch, finished off with a round of single crochet.
