5 Little Monsters: Friday Five: 5 Halloween Amigurumi

Friday Five: 5 Halloween Amigurumi

It has been a few weeks since I have done a Friday Five, but as we are heading into the last few months of the year Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are just around the corner. I have so many patterns to share for these holidays, as well as just for the fall and winter seasons- like hats and scarves, etc., that even sharing 5 of them every Friday there will be lots that don't make the cut. That means if I want to share as many as I can I need to get back to posting them weekly. For today's theme I decided on a Halloween theme, specifically-

Halloween Amigurumi

I actually have quite a few Halloween themed amigurumi because I had a Halloween mini amigurumi crochet along a couple of years ago and had 12 patterns just from that. I am only including one of them in this roundup, but will link to the whole crochet along so you can access all 12 of those patterns. Another one I am including on the list was one of 3 matching designs so I will share links to those as well. So even though this is a list of 5 Halloween amigurumi, really it includes links to over 3 times that.

1- Crocheted Ghost

The first Halloween amigurumi I am including on this list is a little crocheted ghost. This little guy is only about 6 inches tall and looks pretty cute sitting on a shelf as an addition to your halloween decor.

2- Frankenstein

This Frankenstein is part of a Halloween trio. It is a set of boxy Halloween decorations that in addition to this Frankenstein also includes a black cat and a Jack-o'-Lantern

It was inspired by a set of boxy animals that included a bear, fox, and owl.

3- Mini Mummy

The 3rd amigurumi I am including on this list is a Mini Mummy. This is the one that is part of the Halloween Mini Amigurumi Crochet Along. The most popular mini amigurumi in the set was a little ghost, but since I already had a ghost on this list I went with another of the top patterns in the set which was this mummy.

The set includes 12 Halloween themed mini amigurumi, each about 3-5 inches tall- a pumpkin, a ghost, a cauldron, the mummy, a candy corn, a bottle of potion, a bat, a witch, a spider, a vampire, a caramel apple, and a little Frankenstein monster. You can find links to all 12 patterns HERE, or I also have an ebook with all 12 patterns available for purchase on Etsy and Ravelry if you prefer to have them all together in a printable, ad-free version.

4- Halloween Witch

Next up is a little Halloween witch. She has a rounded, weighted base that is striped to represent striped stockings. She also has a ruffly little skirt and pointy witch hat to go with her green skin and orange hair.

5- Pumpkin Bear

Last but not least is my little Pumpkin Bear. This little teddy bear has normal teddy bear head, arms and legs, but instead of the normal body it has a round orange pumpkin for a body. To complete the pumpkin look it has a little hat with a pumpkin stem and vine.

I really enjoy looking back and seeing the different patterns that I have made and resharing them with you each week so I hope to get back on track with doing this every Friday, especially since like I mentioned before, we are heading into a time of year where I have so many projects to share.

So that being said, come back next week for a new theme and another 5 projects!
