Quick Easter Crafts
On this list I have included a variety of different craft types, including a small crochet project, a couple of kids crafts, a sewing project, and a couple of Cricut projects. All of them are simple projects that will work up fast and be fun to make in time for Easter.
1- Crocheted Egg Covers
This project goes way back to when I first started my blog over 10 years ago. It was one of the first patterns I published, but I still love it. There are 3 little animals included, a bunny, a sheep, and a chick, and they are just a little cover that slips over the top of a plastic Easter egg. So you can fill an egg with candy and then slip the little cover over the top and add some extra cuteness to the Easter basket.
2- Easter Perler Bead Designs
This next project is one of the kid crafts that I included on the list. My kids always loved making Perler Bead projects and this little set of patterns includes 6 designs that are perfect to make for Easter. This would be a fun activity for kids at an Easter party.
3- Personalized Easter Buckets
This one is so simple that it almost seems silly to share, but adding names to little plastic buckets makes a fun alternative to traditional Easter baskets. They could be used for collecting eggs at an egg hunt, or filled as an Easter basket. Then they can still be used after Easter is over and because they have names on them they won't get mixed up.
4- Easter Egg Painted Rocks
Another fun project to make with kids is painted rocks, and since a lot of rocks are kind of a flat oval shape they are perfect for turning into little colorful Easter Eggs. Paint pens help keep the mess to a minimum too.
5- Knotted Ears Bunny Treat Bag
Last but not least I am including these cute little bunny treat bags. The ears are little ties and when you knot the bag closed it turns into a cute little bunny with long ears. The pattern is simple and quick to sew and I used iron on vinyl to make the little faces, which made that part really fast too. You could also embroider the face on, but that would take a little bit more time, or you could even use paint as an alternative.
I hope you enjoy these quick little projects that you can make in time for Easter.
