5 Little Monsters: Friday Five: 5 Halloween Cricut Projects

Friday Five: 5 Halloween Cricut Projects

October is halfway over which means Halloween is just around the corner. Because of that I wanted to do one last Halloween themed Friday Five this week, but I wanted a collection of projects that could be made kind of last minute, that don't take a lot of time. For that reason I decided to share 5 Halloween Cricut projects today.

Halloween Cricut Projects

I have quite a few Halloween Cricut Projects on my blog so I tried to choose some that fit in different categories so they aren't too similar. For example, I only included one trick or treat bag, but I actually have several different trick or treat bags with different iron on designs made using my Cricut. Also, since I did Halloween Treat Tags and Bags a couple weeks ago I didn't include any paper projects, just iron on, vinyl, and one that uses felt or faux leather. So this is just a sample of a few of the different kinds of projects you can make for Halloween with a Cricut!

1- Halloween Candy Bowls

The first project I decided to include on the list is Halloween Candy Bowls. These bowls are a super quick, simple, and cheap project to make. I used inexpensive large plastic bowls from Walmart and just added some cute vinyl decals around the bowl. I made one with ghosts and one with skulls, but you could use any simple design and it makes a plain, cheap bowl a lot more fun and festive.

2- Halloween Reverse Canvases

Next up I wanted to include some kind of Halloween decor. I had a few different options to choose from but I decided on this set of reverse canvases. They are another simple and inexpensive project to make and I really like the way they look.

3- Spider Hair Bows

The next project I included is the one that is made with felt or faux leather, although I used iron on on some of them as well. I made these spider bows as a fun little Halloween accessory for my girls. The bows are cut out of felt or faux leather, and for a couple of them I covered the felt with iron on to make it more interesting. I added the spiders from spider rings to the center of the bows for a spooky little touch.

4- Boo Trick or Treat Bag

I have several trick or treat bags on my blog, so like I mentioned above I only chose one to include on this list. I made bags for my kids every year when they were little, I didn't necessarily share every one that I made, but that was still quite a few bags. I decided to include this BOO! bag on my list. It is a simple design but I kind of like the simple design combined with the sparkly glitter iron on.

5- Trick or Treat Pumpkin Shirt

The final Halloween Cricut project I decided to include on the list is a Halloween shirt. Again, I have more than one Halloween shirt on my blog but I didn't want to include more than one on this list so I chose this one that says "Trick or Treat Smell My Feet" with a big Jack o' Lantern on the front.

I hope you enjoy these Halloween Cricut projects. Come back next week for a new theme and another 5 projects!
