It is Day 4 of the Woodland Christmas Mini Amigurumi Crochet Along and today we have another little animal.  This little Festive Fox has a little scarf to keep him warm, and a tiny Christmas Tree.

The little fox has pointy, black tipped ears and a big bushy tail. His simple scarf has a little fringe on the end. His tiny, freshly chopped Christmas Tree is ready to be decorated. You could make him without the tree for more of a winter amigurumi and less Christmas, but I thought a little tree would be cute.

The fox has a lot of little pieces, more than any of the other patterns so far, but it still works up pretty fast. The assembly is very similar to the other animals as far as arms, legs, ears, tail, and nose being attached to the head and body piece. There are a couple of color changes to get the white part of the face, and an extra little triangle shaped stripe to go on the top of the nose.

The little scarf is made in two pieces, one short and one long. The long one wraps around the neck, and the short piece hangs down with a little fringe on one end. The tree is made in two pieces, the tree and the trunk. The tree is sewn onto the fox's body with the arm wrapped around like it is holding it.
